Moorcroft Phase II - Okehampton, Devon
Phase II of Moorcroft Park consisted of eight detached houses and bungalows constructed to a high quality standard and specification that was carried forward from our initial development of fourteen units at Moorcroft Park.

After a very long Appeal against refusal of initial Planning Permission, we won full Approval and Agreement of Plans. It was not only of great pleasure to us, but also great pleasure and relief to nearby residents of Moorcroft Park Phase I, who very much wanted Phase II of the development to go ahead.

The prospect of a delapidated old former public house with derelict grounds was not an appealing neighbour to them. Sylvan had their full blessing to go ahead with this exciting new development. Completion was achieved for all units by August 2004 with many units sold during the construction phase.
