Moorcroft Phase I - Okehampton, Devon
A green field site with views of Dartmoor was formally used as a touring caravan site and consists of fourteen units, including three bedroom bungalows and houses and four bedroom houses of varying designs.

This development won the New Homes Award 2001 in the family homes category.

Following a lenthly planning appeal Phase II followed.
